Certainly, the most exciting part of our work is seeing how structures that have been abandoned, perhaps for years, manage to come back to life Imagine the satisfaction in having helped transform a disused building into a place of education.
Reviewing the photographic report of the “before-during-after” related to the intervention carried out on the Professional Institute of Treviglio, we not only manage to capture the essence of the transformation, but once again we have the opportunity to understand how our work, with its activities , generates an important service to society .
But let’s get into the specifics of the project: 800 square meters of interior space, completely demolished and rebuilt with totally modified layouts and concepts, including classrooms, laboratories, multipurpose rooms, teachers’ rooms and bathrooms, adapting each and every design choice to the people who will use the building and the usability of the rooms.
In addition to the interior of the building, we were responsible for the regeneration of the outdoor spaces, more than 1,500 square meters of totally abandoned green space.

A careful and meticulous coordination of activities (including the complete renovation of the roof) allowed us to complete the works in just over 3 months, fully redeveloping the building not only architecturally but also in terms of energy efficiency.
We relied on a team of around a hundred highly skilled professionals from various disciplines, all coordinated in daily on-site activities. In recent years, the extended lead times for material procurement and/or the difficulty in sourcing certain items have undoubtedly made construction timelines more uncertain. This has significantly complicated our work as a General Contractor, requiring us to anticipate potential delays from the outset and plan to absorb them throughout the project timeline.
Projects with such tight deadlines undoubtedly highlight these challenges, but our experience, combined with a clear and focused approach, enables us to fulfill our contractual obligations every time we are called upon. We consistently maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
