The layout unfolds through a spacious living area with a large lounge, dining room, and kitchen, followed by the sleeping area, which consists of three different bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. During the renovation of the living area, the removal of carpeting revealed an original wooden plank floor, which was restored and refinished.

This intervention brought warm and embracing wood tones to the living room, making it the focal point of the space.

In the dining room, demolition work uncovered a mosaic floor in green and red Egyptian porphyry, which was carefully restored, with irreparable sections reconstructed. The same meticulous approach was applied to mosaic floors in other areas of the house, featuring white Naxos marble. A total of 20,000 mosaic tiles were laid.
