MONTECARLO, AVENUE DE GRANDE BRETAGNE – APARTMENT

Located in the centre of the Carrè d’Or, the district created in the second half of the 19th century around the Casino of Monte Carlo, this flat has a large terrace overlooking the Principality’s GP circuit and the Petite Afrique gardens.
The renovation work involves both the construction and the internal plant engineering as well as the installation of high quality finishes for the interiors and the external terraces. The bathrooms are by Antonio Lupi, while the owners have asked for the recovery of some existing pieces of valuable furniture. The flat is characterised by large glass walls, the profiles and sections of which were made to measure. Monegasque legislation has very specific requirements for windows and doors, for which a special search was made to select a suitable supplier.
The logistics of the work required the installation of a crane for loading and unloading the materials, which took place at night, while an external cantilevered scaffold had to be erected for the execution.
