The installation of a new, large window system allowed for a seamless connection between the interior and the garden, effectively blending the two spaces.

Special attention was given to the choice of materials. The flooring, countertop, and splashback in the kitchen, as well as the shower floor and wall cladding, were completed using Mortex, a technique that provides waterproofing and a uniform “waxed concrete” appearance.

The bathroom was finished with emerald green African rhomboidal cement tiles featuring geometric patterns.
