The project aimed to create dynamic workspaces, enabling individuals to choose their working methods daily based on their needs, complemented by convivial and relaxation areas for sharing ideas, taking breaks, or holding informal meetings.
All areas, clearly defined and recognisable through specific finishes and different floor levels, are organized around the building’s central core, which houses the stairwell, technical rooms, and restrooms.
The rational and sustainable use of space is supported by home automation, which controls the management of technological devices in meeting rooms and lighting throughout the entire environment.
