Through the “Piano Casa” plan, it was possible to expand the residence by converting the attic space and dividing it into three independent housing units. The largest apartment retained the villa’s historic independent entrance from the ground floor, while a new shared staircase was created for the other two units, with steps clad in pietra serena stone.

Compared to the historical layout of the house, the new intervention has harmonised the volume and enhanced the views towards Mont Blanc, which is now fully visible through the large installed windows and newly built balconies.
